Nothing is listed until it has been reviewed, rewritten and photographed properly.

Details in writing

When a size, a material or a capacity matters, it is written in the description, not left inside an image. If the one you need is missing, ask us.

Secure checkout

Payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout.

Ask before you order

If a detail is missing or unclear, write to us and we will find it out.

BEFORE YOU BUY

Questions people ask about this catalogue

The three that come up most while browsing. The full list lives on the FAQ page.

How do I know a product will fit my pet or my home?

Measure the animal or the space first, then compare against the product description: the materials are written there, and so are the measurements that decide the fit. We are still adding a full specification table to every product, one at a time, so some pages carry more detail than others. If the measurement you need is not written down, contact us before ordering and we will get it from the supplier.

Why is the selection this size?

Kivora Pets is a retailer and curator, and products are added one at a time. Each one gets its own description, its own photographs and its own checks before it goes live. That is slower than importing a catalogue wholesale, and it is the reason the range grows the way it does.

Something is still unclear.

Ask before ordering rather than after. Use the contact page and include the product name; we would rather answer a question than have something arrive that is not right for your pet.
