What types of products does Kivora Pets sell?
Kivora Pets offers a growing selection of practical products for everyday pet care, including grooming, feeding, hydration, comfort, play and home routines. Available categories may change as the collection grows.
Does Kivora Pets manufacture every product?
No. Kivora Pets is a retailer and product curator. Some products may be supplied by independent manufacturers or sold under their original brands. Product pages identify relevant brand or manufacturer information when available.
Where do you currently ship?
We currently ship to the United States. Standard shipping is free on every order — there is no minimum purchase. Any product-specific restrictions are shown during checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders arrive within 5–12 business days from the date they ship. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If your order contains several items, they may arrive in separate packages at no extra cost.
How can I track my order?
When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking details. You can also contact our support team if you need help locating an order.
What is the return policy?
Return eligibility, time limits and instructions are explained in the Returns and Refunds Policy. Certain products may have specific restrictions based on condition, hygiene, personalization or manufacturer requirements.
Are payments secure?
Payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout and the payment methods enabled by Kivora Pets. Kivora Pets does not display or store complete payment-card details in the storefront theme.
