How to choose, and what to expect
Not sure where to start?
Three doors. Pick the one that matches the animal asleep on your sofa.
For dogs — walking, washing, feeding and the games that tire a dog out indoors.

Shipping is free, with no minimum
Standard shipping to the United States costs you nothing, on a $10 order and on a $100 one alike.
Delivery takes 5 to 12 business days
That is from the day your order ships. We would rather tell you here than surprise you after you have paid. You get a tracking number as soon as it leaves.
Thirty days to send it back
Unused and in the original packaging. Some products carry their own restrictions for hygiene or manufacturer reasons; those are set out in the returns policy.

Where do you currently ship?
We currently ship to the United States. Standard shipping is free on every order — there is no minimum purchase. Any product-specific restrictions are shown during checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders arrive within 5–12 business days from the date they ship. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If your order contains several items, they may arrive in separate packages at no extra cost.
Why do you only sell about thirty products?
Because we would rather stand behind thirty than list three hundred. Every product on the shelf has been chosen individually, priced against what the same thing costs elsewhere, and written up by hand. When something stops earning its place, it comes off.
What is the return policy?
Return eligibility, time limits and instructions are explained in the Returns and Refunds Policy. Certain products may have specific restrictions based on condition, hygiene, personalization or manufacturer requirements.
Are payments secure?
Payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout and the payment methods enabled by Kivora Pets. Kivora Pets does not display or store complete payment-card details in the storefront theme.
